In motorsport, pure talent needs to be complemented by a solid financial foundation if high ambitions are to be achieved. Therefore, race car driver Mikkel Jensen has entered into an agreement with STEP Sports Management, which will henceforth handle the race car driver’s sponsorship and partnership agreements.
The collaboration has already left the starting line, and several initiatives have been launched—efforts that both existing and upcoming partners will benefit from.
Mikkel Jensen started his career relatively late at the age of 15. However, the 25-year-old Aarhus native has not wasted any time. He has already achieved the status of a factory driver for a major German car manufacturer, won the coveted Road to Le Mans race twice, and secured the championship in the European Le Mans Series—the European Championship in endurance racing.
While STEP Sports Management is a fairly young company, experienced forces are behind it. Founder Morten Dons learned the sponsorship business through hands-on experience, taking his career from karting to guest appearances at Le Mans in just five years, subsequently securing several professional contracts in international motorsport. Fifteen years of working with sponsors and managing a motorsport career, combined with skilled partners in marketing, PR, and mental training, are now set to benefit other athletes.
